Don’t miss out on the chance to submit your abstract for the upcoming ALEX-CPC Annual Meeting in Hilton King’s Ranch, Alexandria, Egypt on 15th – 16th June, and get the chance to introduce your work as oral or poster presentation to professionals and experts in the cancer research field.

Abstracts must be received by 11:59PM, Thursday, June 6th

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be young clinical oncologist in-training (e.g., resident, fellow or early career researchers)
  • Applicant must be aged 35 or younger
  • All studies in medical oncology and/or radiation oncology are eligible for submission.
  • Each applicant must submit one abstract only.
  • An abstract may only be submitted once. Abstracts of clinically related subjects should be combined into a single abstract. Submission of multiple abstracts on a single study may result in the rejection of one or more abstracts.

Selection Process & Presentations:

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the ALEX CPC Scientific Committee and evaluated on the following criteria:

    • Strength of Science: Does the research address an important and novel question?
    • Research Design: Are the eligibility criteria, study endpoints, and planned analysis well defined in this abstract?
    • Relevance: Are the results practice-changing? Will they have a clinical impact and be of broad interest to the ALEX-CPC community?

Abstracts of superior quality will be selected for poster or oral presentation to professionals and experts in the cancer research field in the upcoming ALEX-CPC Annual Meeting in Hilton King’s Ranch, Alexandria, Egypt on 15th – 16th June.
Awardees’ names and institutions will be published on the Conference website, and winning applicants will be contacted via email.
